JW Lorett
Jerry (JW) is a disabled veteran having proudly served in the United States Navy, receiving an Honorable Discharge in August of 1962. JW has 43 years in the pipeline industry and has held various positions throughout and held his AWS CWI for numerous years. JW was promoted to VP of Operations for Cleveland X-Ray and managed the Bakersfield, CA office in the Kern River Oil Field. From there he was promoted to President of the newly formed Cleveland Inspection Services (CIS) and moved back to Oklahoma. After approximately 5 years at CIS JW went out on his own as Founder and CEO of Tulsa Inspection Resources.
VP of Operations
Jimmy Crawford
Jimmy brings 40 years of field and management experience with twenty-nine of these as a Safety Professional. He has worked for Mid-America Pipeline, Williams Energy Services, Enterprise Products, Tulsa Inspection Resources and several years as a safety consultant to the oil and gas industry. Jimmy has a diverse background including operations, technical, construction and maintenance activities. Since 2012 he has been involved in the inspection business in several different capacities, including safety and compliance, operations, business development, and client relations.
VP of EHS and Compliance
Jason Bowling
Jason brings 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry and currently owns and operates Southern Oklahoma Safety Services (SOSS), specializing in Operator Qualifications. Some of the many titles Jason has held include, oil and gas production foreman, pipeline construction safety field supervisor, utility inspector and welding inspector. Jason currently holds certifications as an NCCER Master Trainer, Veriforce Evaluators, DOT Certified Drug and Alcohol test collector, OSHA 10- and 30-hour Train-the-Trainer, Smith Driving Systems Train-the-Trainer, and holds the API 1169 pipeline construction inspection certification.
VP of Field Services
Kris Lorett
Kris has 11+ years in the pipeline industry and has held a variety of roles in the inspection field including, Utility Inspector, Coating Inspector, Chief Inspector and Construction Manager. Kris’s most recent position had him performing Project Manager duties including staffing, scheduling, permitting, crew determination, invoice tracking, time approval and interfacing between the client and contractors daily. Kris currently holds the API 1169 construction inspection certification.

Savanna Garcia
Savanna has 10 years of Human Resources experience in the pipeline inspection industry. An active member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). Experienced in recruitment, policy development, process improvement, employee relations, benefits, payroll administration, HRIS, record keeping, auditing and more.
Business Development Manager
Cornell Scarborough
Cornell is the Business Development Manager for Keystone Energy Group. He has 15+ years in the oil and gas industry where he was a Class A specialty welder in plants and facilities with extensive knowledge in pipeline welding. Cornell has held various positions in the Inspection field including Welding Inspector and Chief Inspector, he is also a certified welding instructor.
Director of Accounting
Michele Lorett
Michele is an accounts receivable professional with 9+ years of AR Management experience in the pipeline and inspection industry. She excels at complex problem solving and conflict resolution by working directly with the client to help structure and review their process and management of collection activities. In the past, Michele was responsible for approximately $50 million in accounts receivable on a weekly basis.
